Shipping Areas
We currently offer shipping to UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales. We do not currently ship internationally, but we hope to expand our services in the future.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

We offer the following shipping methods:

- Cost: £5.99, Free for orders over £64.99
- This option typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive after dispatch.

- Cost: £9.99
- This option guarantees a quicker delivery, arriving in 1-2 business days after dispatch
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over £64.99. This discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products are carefully packed using eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or undelivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the situation and work with the courier to resolve it.
