Movicar ML Cavity Hollow Section Wax, a premium solution designed to provide exceptional anti-corrosive protection for your vehicle's hollow sections, including doors, thresholds, flaps, and engine lids.

Key Features:

  • Wax-Based Formula: Creates a highly adhesive, waterproof, and elastic film in a dark yellow (almost brown) color, effectively connecting to rust, displacing it, and halting the corrosion process from within.

  • Excellent Penetration: Equipped with a 40 cm applicator and special spray head, it ensures perfect application and penetration into the slots of hollow sections, effectively displacing water and moisture.

  • Quick Drying: Dries to the touch in approximately 30 minutes, allowing for efficient application and maintenance.

  • High Heat Resistance: Withstands temperatures up to 80°C, ensuring durability under various conditions.

Application Instructions:

  1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, degreased, and dry.

  2. Application Conditions: Apply at temperatures between 10-25°C in a well-ventilated area.

  3. Application: Shake the can vigorously for about one minute. Use the attached 40 cm applicator to reach difficult spots. Apply evenly, allowing the product to penetrate into the hollow sections.

  4. Drying Time: Touch dry in approximately 30 minutes; fully hardened in about 6 hours.

  5. Nozzle Cleaning: After use, clear the nozzle by holding the can upside down and spraying for a few seconds.

Product Specifications:

  • Finish: Dark yellow (almost brown) elastic film.

  • Capacity: 500 ml.

  • Coverage: Approximately 3 m² per application, depending on the surface type.
