Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned, degreased, and dried. Proper substrate preparation, including grinding with fine-grained sandpaper (e.g., P600), is crucial for optimal adhesion and finish quality.

2. Mixing Components: Prior to painting, mix components A (enamel) and B (curing agent) thoroughly. Pour the contents of can B into can A, which has extra capacity to facilitate mixing. Allow a few minutes for the reaction between the enamel and curing agent.

3. Application Conditions: Apply at temperatures between 10-25°C (optimal at ~20°C) in a well-ventilated area.

4. Painting: Apply the enamel using a spray gun, roller, or brush. If applying multiple layers, wait a minimum of 60 minutes and a maximum of 18-24 hours between coats.

5. Drying Time: Dust-free in approximately 50 minutes; touch-free after 90 minutes; fully hardened after 12-16 hours.
