Zinc Metallic, a fast-drying aluminum-zinc spray designed to protect and repair galvanized structures, especially at welds and cut edges. It's also ideal for maintaining aluminum profiles and can be applied to galvanized surfaces both before and after processing.

Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, degreased, and dry. Sand with fine-grained sandpaper (e.g., P600) to promote optimal adhesion.

2. Application Conditions: Apply at temperatures between 10-25°C in a well-ventilated area.

3. Painting: Shake the can vigorously for about one minute to mix the contents thoroughly. Perform a test spray. Apply several thin layers from a distance of 25-30 cm, allowing a few minutes between each coat.

4. Drying Time: Touch dry in 30-40 minutes; fully hardened in 24 hours.

5. Nozzle Cleaning: After use, clear the nozzle by holding the can upside down and pressing the nozzle for a few seconds.

Note: Using primers is not recommended with this product. It is compatible with all paint systems (alkyd, acrylic, nitro-combination), both water and solvent-based.
