New Bath Swiss Formula – White Bath Renovation 2K Enamel

New Bath Swiss Formula by Deco Color is a professional two-component enamel for renovating cast iron, enamel and acrylic baths. It is also suitable for sinks, toilets and shower surfaces, providing a durable, high-gloss white finish.

Key Features

• High-gloss finish: White RAL 9016 with long-lasting colour and UV resistance.

• Coverage: Approximately 6m² per 420ml kit. Actual coverage depends on the surface and application method.

• Durable coating: Resistant to weather conditions, fresh water, salt water and temperatures up to 80°C.

• Application options: Apply using a brush, roller or suitable spray gun.

• Usually one coat: The manufacturer states that one coat is sufficient in most cases.

Kit Contents

• Part A: 300ml enamel.

• Part B: 120ml hardener.

• Total kit capacity: 420ml.

Preparation and Application

1. Prepare the surface: Sand, thoroughly degrease and allow the surface to dry. Correct preparation is essential for adhesion and the final finish. Do not use petroleum naphtha.

2. Protect surrounding areas: Mask surfaces that you do not wish to coat.

3. Mix the components: Thoroughly mix Part A and Part B according to the instructions on the containers. Wait approximately 20–30 minutes before applying.

4. Apply: Use at temperatures between 15–25°C in a well-ventilated area. The stated working time after mixing is approximately 2–4 hours at 20°C.

5. Additional coats: If another coat is required, allow at least 24 hours before recoating.

Drying Times

• Dust-free: approximately 60 minutes.

• Touch-free: approximately 90 minutes.

• Hardened: approximately 18–24 hours.

Drying times vary with conditions, including temperature, humidity and coating thickness. Hardening time does not necessarily indicate when the bath can be filled or used.
